POLAND: We always offer free shipping within the territory of Poland.
EUROPEAN UNION: Within the EU, we offer free shipping for all orders of 49,90 euro and above. For all other orders, shipping costs 5 euro within the EU.
REST OF THE WORLD: International shipping outside of the EU costs 12 euro. We offer free shipping for all orders of 99,90 euro and above.

Please allow 1 business day from the moment of dispatch from our warehouse for shipping within the territory of Poland. Within other European Union countries, orders are usually received within 3-5 business days from when it leaves our warehouse. Delivery time for all other international orders depend on the country of destination of goods.

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed and your package has been shipped. If you have any questions about shipping your order, please email us at hello@ukviat.com.

We're sorry your order did not work out. We accept returns up to 14 days after you have received the product. You can read more about our returns policy here.

To make a return or exchange, please reach out to us at hello@ukviat.com. Just post them back to us with your name, order number and list of item(s) you wish to return. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. We ask that we receive your return within the 14 day time period and obtain proof of postage and that you please keep your proof of purchase until your return has been accepted.

Ukviat HQ houses a team of scientists who mix, create and test every product by hand. After careful research into ingredients and their effectiveness in skincare products, we combine high quality sourced ingredients or create our own ingredients in our in-house lab. Our in-house scientists then test each element and verify it’s effectiveness.

Our products are manufactured in our state-of-the-art lab located in Poland and operated by Ms Anna Bobkowska, PhD in Life Sciences. In the testing and development process, we also cooperate with PhD students from the leading Medical Science and Life Science Universities in Poland.

Absolutely, we care about the protection of our planet and the animals onit. All of our products are PETA certified vegan and cruelty-free.

We source all of our ingredients from the highest quality suppliers or within our in-house lab, using certified organic, natural, or naturally derived ingredients wherever possible. We follow Europe's lead and banned all 1,400 ingredients from use in our products. This includes synthetic additives and preservatives.

We recommend storing our products in room a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Products should be stored at room temperature. However, there is no harm in refrigerating (with few exceptions).

We source each ingredient from the highest quality sources or create the components in our in-house lab. We trace the origin of every single ingredient back to its original source. If we wouldn’t use it ourselves, we won’t let you use it.

Ukviat relates the word kwiat in polish language. It means a flower and reflects our deep respect to nature and the universal cycle of life.

We accept all major credit cards. Your name and billing address must match the address on file with the card issuer when paying by credit card.We also accept PayPal.

We work hard to ensure that all necessary steps have been taken to keep your credit card details safe and secure. According to the Level 1 PCI DSS standard, we are certified and do not release or sell your personal information to any unauthorised party. Our Privacy Policy backs this. For your protection, all orders go through a rigorous fraud-checking process and secured by SSL encryption.

Yes, we are passionate about protecting the environment. We aim to make products that give as much to the planet as they take away from them. This covers all areas of our business from sourcing each ingredientfrom the highest quality sources, creating the ingredients in our in-house lab, closely following our supply chain or the glass bottles and paper packaging, which are suitable for recycling, we use.

We support the MARE Foundation that supports marine ecosystems, Łąka Foundation that acts to revitalise biodiversity and support wild bees and Las Na Zawsze Foundation that we plant biodiverse forests with.
